With its origins as a family-owned business in the Hilltop area of Virginia Beach, Gilbert Eyecare has also expanded to downtown Norfolk. Despite its growing business presence in Hampton Roads, Gilbert Eyecare has maintained a family tradition of excellence in eyewear and eyecare while maintaining a friendly family-like atmosphere for employees and patients.

Dr. David Gilbert has been a life long resident of Virginia Beach.  He has offices located both in Downtown Norfolk and in the Hilltop area of Virginia Beach.  Dr. Gilbert specializes in comprehensive family eye care and the medical management of eye disease. 

Dr. Deena Falsetta received specialty training in diagnosing and treating the visual problems that afflict children. If you or your child is having discomfort while reading or if your child is having a hard time learning to read, Dr. Falsetta may be able to help.
